"There exists in every person a place that is free from disease, that never
feels pain, that cannot age or die. When you go to this place, limitations
which all of us accept, cease to exist. They are not even entertained as
a possibility. This is the place called perfect health."
-Deepak Chopra

Vision
Good health is everyone’s birthright and as we mature, it becomes one’s personal responsibility. As healthcare costs skyrocket simultaneously with plummeting quality or care, more and more people are turning to "alternative" healthcare for more individualized and effective support for health and wellness. Humans have managed well enough with this "alternative" healthcare for many millenia, only just emerging into "modern science and medicine" within the last 100 years or so. And while there is no denying the life saving power of modern medicine, perhaps, it is only needed in the most extreme situations and is not nearly as necessary as we think. For example, giving someone antibiotics for a cold is like using a fire extinguisher to put out a candle. It often causes more harm than good. As a healing arts practitioner my intention is to:
- Dedicate myself to rigorous on-going study with continuous subjection to peer review.
- Offer consultation only within the scope of my knowledge and that which is stated by the law.
- Engage in ethical harvesting, preparation and distribution of plant medicines.
- Offer periodic free clinics and/or reduced fees for lower income populations.
- Offer individuals, families and the community, resources, education and classes on natural health, healing and herbalism.
- Promote awareness of locally and other endangered or over harvested medicinal plants.
- Use and sell chemical free, hand-made and organic products.
